Terms and Conditions
By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following:
Services
Our packages include listing-related media services such as virtual staging, photo enhancements, item removal, and listing website creation. Services are provided per listing based on your selected plan. We reserve the right to decline any listing at our discretion.
Turnaround Time
We aim to deliver most projects within 1 business day on photos, but this is not guaranteed. Turnaround times may vary depending on workload and project complexity.
Requests & Limitations
We will always do our best to meet your needs; however:
Not all requested edits or changes are guaranteed
We reserve the right to decline requests outside our scope of services
Revisions
Reasonable revisions are included. Additional or excessive revisions may incur extra fees.
Billing
Monthly Plans: Monthly subscriptions are automatically billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; however, services will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time within a billing cycle.
Annual Plans: Annual plans are billed upfront at a discounted rate. These plans are non-refundable once payment has been processed.
Late or Failed Payments: If a payment fails or is not received, services may be paused or delayed until the issue is resolved.
Additional Services: Any services requested outside of the included package scope (including excessive revisions or extra edits) may be billed separately.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Any changes will not affect your current billing cycle but may apply to future renewals.
Plan Cancellation by Falco Focus Media: We reserve the right to cancel or terminate a client’s subscription at our discretion. In such cases, any unused portion of the billing period will be refunded.
Item Removal: If a home is too messy, then item removal might not work and will create bad results. We determin weather a home is "too messy or not."

Terms & Conditions
By booking any of these three packages, the client agrees to the following terms:
Booking & Payment
All services must be scheduled in advance. Payment is due according to the agreed terms and must be completed prior to final media delivery unless otherwise arranged.
Filming Time & Content Limits
Each package includes a set filming time and an estimated number of videos that can be completed within that time.
• Quantity Package: Includes up to 4 hours of filming and up to 10 reels. Clients should arrive prepared with concepts, locations, and materials ready. If adequate preparation is not made, it is possible that all 10 reels may not be completed within the allotted time.
• Pro Package: Includes up to 4 hours of filming and up to 5 high quality reels. Includes a set filming window designed to allow ample time to capture all planned content if the client is reasonably prepared.
• Pro Plus Package: Includes up to 7 hours of filming and up to 7 high quality reels. Includes an extended filming window designed to allow ample time to capture all planned content if the client is reasonably prepared.
If filming cannot be completed due to preparation issues, delays, access limitations, or other factors outside of our control, we cannot guarantee all planned content will be captured within the scheduled time.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
Rescheduling should be requested as early as possible. Late cancellations or last-minute changes may result in a cancellation fee.
Revisions
Minor revisions may be requested. Additional edits or changes outside the original scope of work may incur additional charges.
Usage Rights
Clients are granted rights to use delivered media for marketing and listing purposes. Falco Focus reserves the right to use produced media for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Delivery
All final media will be delivered digitally in standard formats suitable for online marketing.
By booking services, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
