Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following:

Services
Our packages include listing-related media services such as virtual staging, photo enhancements, item removal, and listing website creation. Services are provided per listing based on your selected plan.

Turnaround Time
We aim to deliver most projects within 1 business day, but this is not guaranteed. Turnaround times may vary depending on workload and project complexity.

Requests & Limitations
We will always do our best to meet your needs; however:

• Not all requested edits or changes are guaranteed

• We reserve the right to decline requests outside our scope of services

Revisions
Reasonable revisions are included. Additional or excessive revisions may incur extra fees.

Billing
Monthly Plans: Monthly subscriptions are automatically billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; however, services will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time within a billing cycle.

Annual Plans: Annual plans are billed upfront at a discounted rate. These plans are non-refundable once payment has been processed.

Late or Failed Payments: If a payment fails or is not received, services may be paused or delayed until the issue is resolved.

Additional Services: Any services requested outside of the included package scope (including excessive revisions or extra edits) may be billed separately.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Any changes will not affect your current billing cycle but may apply to future renewals.

Plan Cancellation by Falco Focus Media: We reserve the right to cancel or terminate a client’s subscription at our discretion. In such cases, any unused portion of the billing period will be refunded.
